Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes 48-Month Industrial Lease on Behalf of Encore Industries

SAN JOSE, Calif.—January 25, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 48-month lease for a 50,765 square-foot freestanding industrial building located at 597 Brennan Street in San Jose, California.

Kelly Nicholls of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the tenant, Encore Industries, a global supplier of custom fabricated enclosures, frames, chassis, and assemblies.

The landlord, Prologois Institutional Alliance Fund 2, plans to renovate a portion of the building.
