Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Negotiates $2.2 Million Sale of Medical Office Buildings in Vista

VISTA, Calif.—March 16, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $2,200,000 sales transaction for two medical office buildings totaling 22,905 square-foot. The buildings, located at 1830-1840 West Drive in Vista, California, were previously occupied by the VA Hospital and its staff.

The building located at 1840 West Drive is comprised of two stories. The first is set up as a medical facility and second is comprised of five private medical office suites. An elevator provides service between the two floors, which were available for lease at the time of the sale.  with an elevator proving service between the floors. The one-story building, located at 1830 West Drive, was fully occupied by a single tenant at the time of the sale.

The site is positioned on the northwest corner of Emerald and West Drive, north of Highway 78 and west of the new Starbucks retail center which was built last year. The retail center to the south was also rehabilitated within the last few years.

Jeff Abramson of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, 1830 West Drive, LLC. The buyer, a private investor, purchased the property with plans to renovate the entire property and lease the building located at 1840 West Drive.
