Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $3.05 Million Sale of Future Retail Development Site

VISTA, CA—April 26, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed sale of a 4.6 acre land parcel, located on E. Vista Way and Monte Mar Road in Vista, California.

The buyer, J&T Business Management, purchased the site for $3,050,000 with plans to plans to build and operate a nationally branded gas station and additional retail at the location.
