Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Negotiates $2.145 Million Sale of Property to Charter School

SAN DIEGO, CA—April 26, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed the $2,145,000 sale of a freestanding retail building located at 8776 Lake Murray Boulevard in San Diego, California. The vacant 5,470 square-foot building is part of Navajo Shopping Center, which is located in the La Mesa neighborhood of Eastern San Diego.

Bo Havlik of Lee & associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. Russ Merrill of the Merrill Group represented the buyer, Student Success Programs, a local Charter School.
