Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1.35 Million Acquisition of Office Condo within Towers at Bressi Ranch

Carlsbad, Calif.—July 6, 2016—has completed the $1,350,000 acquisition of the office building located at 6154 Innovation Way, in The Towers development at Bressi Ranch. The 3,474 square foot building is one of only five freestanding office buildings located within the high image development.

The rare building is comprised of five private offices, a large open office area, two restrooms, and a kitchen with a sit-up bar/ counter area. The contemporary architectural design includes floor-to-ceiling glass walls in each office and an extensive window line along all four sides of the building.

Greg Gershman and John Perrillo of Lee & Associates North San Diego County, represented the buyer in this transaction, who will be re-locating their wealth management firm within the facility. The seller, Venture Walk, LLC, was represented by Justin Beattie of Palomar Commercial., H&M Eagle, LP. The building is located within Carlsbad’s most popular neighborhood.
