Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Hires CRE Veteran, Michael Golden
CARLSBAD, Calif.— August 24th, 2016—Commercial real estate veteran, Michael Golden has joined Lee & Associates, one of the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firms, as an associate in the North San Diego County office. Mr. Golden specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and investment properties throughout San Diego County.
Mr. Golden, a successful 15-year veteran of the real estate and finance industry, has achieved numerous awards and distinctions. Prior to joining the commercial real estate field, Mr. Golden held the #1 and #2 place at Smith Barney Financial Service’s national ranking for two consecutive years. In addition, Mr. Golden led a retail sales division of 175 employees across 38 states.

A graduate from the University of Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Golden holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. He is actively involved in many community organizations including the MS Society, Susan G. Komen Foundation, Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA, and the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Alumni. Mr. Golden enjoys playing basketball, camping, photography, and spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and daughter, Hadley.
