Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.114 Million Lease in Lake Forest Gateway on Behalf of Sean Nguyen, DDS

LAKE FOREST, Calif.—September 26, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 120-month lease for a 1,800 square-foot office space located in the Lake Forest Gateway retail center. The value of the lease is approximately $1,114,289.

Since the shopping center was fully renovated in the fall of 2015 and spring of 2016, it has entered several multi-million dollar leases with national and local tenants including: Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings, Springfield Suites Hotel( Coming Soon), Phenix Salons, IHOP and Panera Bread.
