Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.06 Million Lease in San Diego on Behalf of Alvarado Medical Group

San Diego, Calif.—November 10, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed an eight-year lease on behalf of Alvarado Medical Group. The 4,641 square-foot building is located at 5332 Jackson Drive, on the corner of Center Drive, in La Mesa, California, just east of San Diego. The value of the lease was approximately $1,063,625.

Jeff Abramson and Marc Dudzik of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the landlord, KLTK Properties, LLC and the tenant, Alvarado Medical Group, in the transaction. Alvarado Medical Group, which joined Scripps Coastal Medical Center in 2013, offers San Diego primary care and medical specialists in Central San Diego and East County.

“This was an excellent location for Alvarado Medical Group,” explained Abramson. “The site is centrally located near Grossmont Center and adjacent to Interstate 8.This also allows them to expand their needed services in an area that is limited in the number of properties that will allow this type of medical facility without lengthy approvals from the city.”
