Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.515 Million Lease on Behalf of Optec Fuel Technologies

CARLSBAD, Calif.—December 5, 2016—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a lease, valued at approximately $1,515,095, for a freestanding industrial, flex R&D building located at 2721 Loker Ave West in Carlsbad, California.

The property is part of the Promontory Business Park, a six-building business park. The 20,329 square-foot high-image building features approximately 10,000 square-feet of office buildout on two floors.

Rusty Williams, SIOR and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the tenant, Optec Fuel Technologies. Optec Fuel Technologies is a manufacturer and distributor of the Optec Fuel Maximizer which is an advanced on demand technology that increases fuel efficiency and reduces harmful emissions significantly for modern computer controlled engines according to the company’s LinkedIn profile.

“The Loker facility fit the immediate needs of Optec and allowed for future growth,” William said.

The landlord, CJ3, LLC was represented by Dennis Visser and Chris Baumgart of Cushman & Wakefield.
