Oceanside, Calif.—March 14, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,202,050 purchase of a freestanding industrial building located at 1621 Ord Way in Oceanside. The 8,290 square-foot building, built in 2007, is comprised of 18% office space and includes upgraded fire sprinklers and one grade level door. 

Greg Pieratt, Daniel Knoke, and Peter Merz of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer JHJ Enterprises, in the transaction. The seller, BNY Melon, was represented by Jim Benson of Kidder Mathews.
