The property is located at 1833 Buena Vista Way, off of Carlsbad Village Drive and less than one mile from Highway-78 and Interstate-5. Located within the Olde Carlsbad neighborhood, the site is within close proximity to upscale grocery, restaurants, and shopping.  It has an approved tentative map for 10 lots.

Matt Weaver, Al Apuzzo, and Patrick Miller of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented seller, Robert Miles Living Trust, and the buyer, Shea Homes, in the transaction.  Shea Homes plans to build 10 large homes on the site.

“This is rare development opportunity within Olde Carlsbad and is an ideal site for Shea to expand its coastal presence in North County San Diego,” stated Weaver. At the time Shea Homes purchased the property, the site held a fully approved 10-lot Tentative Tract Map with a Final Map in process. The lots range in size from 9,500 to 15,527 square-feet and some include ocean views.
