Jeff Abramson of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, Russwhit Real Estate Holdings. The buyer, Old School Cameras, was represented by Natalee McDonald of Designer Homes Realty.

Old School Cameras, a camera equipment and lenses rental company, is based out of Burbank, California and has been renting equipment to clients for uses ranging from full scale film productions to indie documentaries. The Oceanside location is part of a two property expansion endeavor to penetrate the San Diego and Orange County markets and will house “Cinematic Studio”, Old School Camera’s new digital sound recording studios. The location will also include camera/ lens prep lounges, conference rooms, and instructional classrooms. The second expansion property, is located in Hollywood, inside the legendary Alan Gordon building, near Paramount Pictures and many other Los Angeles studios.
