San Diego, Calif.—July 27, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the sale of a mixed used property located at 2450-2452 Market Street, less than a ½ mile from San Diego’s East Village and future Maker’s Quarter. The two-building property contains a total of 4,709 square feet, including ground level retail, office, warehouse, and an upstairs apartment. The back building features a courtyard which can also be utilized as parking.

Alex Weiss and Greg Pieratt of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, a private trust. The buyer, Unite Here Local 30 -  San Diego and Imperial Counties was represented by Marc Frederick of CBRE. According to its website, Unite Here represents workers throughout the U.S. and Canada who work in the hotel, gaming, food service, airport, textile, manufacturing, distribution, laundry, and transportation industries. 

The sale was valued at $1,150,000.
