Vista, CA – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $4.5M sale of an approximately 23,500 SF freestanding industrial building located in the Oak Ridge Business Park at 2445 Grand Ave in Vista, CA.  The building has approximately 25% newly renovated office space with 75% warehouse area including three grade level loading doors and one dock high loading door. In addition, the property was located on a 1.71-acre lot with included concrete parking and loading areas.  The Buyer purchased the property from the Seller on sale leaseback basis under undisclosed terms and conditions.
