Carlsbad, CA – Lee & Associates, has completed the sale of 1.87 acres located at El Camino Real & Kelly Dr in the newly developed Robertson Ranch community.  The land is graded and zoned CF (Community Facilities) which allows for minimal uses including day care or church.  There were 10+ offers on the property however the buyer, a Montessori School operator, closed very quickly.
