Vista, CA – Lee & Associates – North San Diego County has completed the $20,500,000 lease of a 155,000 square-foot single-tenant industrial building located at 1395 Park Center Drive, Vista CA. The freestanding facility features 20,000 SF of office space (13%), 4 dock high doors, 8 grade level doors and 135,000 SF of warehouse space with 4,000 amps 277/480-volt power.

The tenant, M2 Ingredients, signed a long term lease and will use the new facility as the company’s corporate headquarters and main warehouse for the manufacturing and distribution of their whole food mushroom powders.

Marko Dragovic, Isaac Little and Tim Moore of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the Tenant. Aric Starck and Brant Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Landlord, Alpha Industrial Properties in the transaction.
