CARLSBAD, CA – March 29, 2023 - Kelly Nicholls, SIOR, a Principal with Lee & Associates-North San Diego County Office, has been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal as one of San Diego's Top 50 Women Over 50. The annual list honors accomplished female leaders who have made significant contributions to their industries and communities.

 

With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Kelly specializes in site-location advisory services, multi-market tenant portfolio representation, build to suites, and investment sales. She has assisted companies with strategic planning, facility relocation, real estate portfolio administration, lease negotiations, purchase contract transaction management, project construction management, property dispositions, property acquisitions, build-to-suits, sale-lease-backs, and procurement of economic development incentives.
