Escondido, Calif.—July 27, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a $2,200,000 sale of an industrial building located at 2255 Barham Drive in  Escondido, California, within close proximity to Highway 78 and the I-15 Freeway. The 10,600 square-foot warehouse building features 70% high-end office space and is situated on a 1.15 acre lot with fenced parking.

Trent France of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the sellers, Brian and Cathy Wier, who formally occupied a portion of the building as Wier Construction Corporation. Sylvester Roofing entered a lease to occupy the building as a tenant last year and chose to exercise their option, within that lease, to purchase the property.
