Oceanside, Calif.—July 27, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a five year lease renewal and expansion valued at approximately $1,427,410 in the Rancho Del Oro Technology Park.

Universal Bell Direct Transport, which has occupied a 15,234 square-foot space at 4039 Calle Platino since 2014, renewed its lease and contracted an additional 14,264 square-feet within the same business park for a combined total of 29,498 square-feet.

Tim Moore of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the landlord, 6^th & K LTD. The tenant, Universal Bell Direct Transport, was represented by Anthony Norris of California Commercial Real estate.
