San Diego, Calif.—July 27, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the sale of 31.27 acres of vacant land on Muirfield Drive and Rivertree Drive in Oceanside, California. The land, located near Camp Pendleton and Mission San Luis Rey, is currently unentitled.

Matt Weaver, Patrick Miller and Al Apuzzo of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the sellers, Scot and David Cheatham. The buyer, Audobon Society, was represented by Ann Van Leer of Land Conservation Brokerage.

The Audobon Society purchased the property for $1,560,000 in an all cash transaction and plans to conserve the property as open space in perpetuity.
