San Marcos, CA – April 5, 2018 – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $6,885,000.00 sale of an industrial building in San Marcos.  The subject property is known as Palomar Industrial Park located at 1320 Grand Ave in San Marcos.  Palomar Industrial Park Association was the Seller and was represented by Dean Tilton of Tilton Realty.
