Quaker Steak & Lube is a unique motorsports-themed casual dining restaurant chain with nearly 50 locations across in the U.S. Operated by an experienced franchisee, Quaker Steak & Lube had over 14 years remaining on its absolute triple-net lease term which also featured annual rent increases.

Thoroughbred Harley-Davidson is a part of the Harley-Davidson of Cincinnati dealership, the largest and oldest Harley dealership in the tri-state area. Having just executed their first 5-year option early, the tenant had 9+ years remaining on their absolute triple-net lease.
