Vista, CA – August 31, 2018 – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, completed the $2.725M sale of two industrial/flex buildings totaling 16,108 SF. The buildings are located at 2401 & 2405 Dogwood Way, Vista, CA. Both buildings feature one grade level roll-up door, 100% HVAC dry lab and office areas throughout, open floor plan and parked 2.7/1,000 SF.  Both buildings were fully occupied and leased to Sandel Avionics at time of sale, which made the acquisition very attractive to the Buyer, Dragovic said.
