Carlsbad, CA – December 12, 2018 – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $2,750,00.00 investment sale of a 12,176 SF office building located at 3176 Lionshead Ave in the Lionshead Pointe Business Park.  The Seller doing Business as Cenergy Power signed a 5-year lease on the entire second floor of the property which was fully built out as creative office space. The first floor was in warm shell condition and the Buyer plans to construct 2 creative office suites ranging in size from 2,500 to 3,000 SF which will be put on the market for lease in the first quarter of 2019.
