Isaac Little, Marko Dragovic, TJ Donnelly of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the Seller, Gunter Family Trust, on the sale of 1531-1535 Seminole Street, San Macros, CA (the “Relinquished Property”), which featured a fully leased 8,832 SF 3-tenant industrial property that sold for $1,222,000. Barbara Kreis of Sperry Van Ness represented the Buyer, John and Laura Warren. In order to accommodate the Gunter Family Trust’s 1031 exchange requirement, Isaac Little, Marko Dragovic, TJ Donnelly of Lee & Associates identified an off market industrial sale leaseback opportunity and represented both the Buyer, Gunter Family Trust, and Seller, Ron Gladnick and Paul Ryan, on the sale of 2585 Jason Court, Oceanside, CA (the “Replacement Property”) which features a freestanding 8,690 SF single tenant industrial building which was sold for $1,520,750 on a sale leaseback basis under undisclosed lease terms.
