Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $7.5 Million Sale of Industrial Business Park in Vista
Vista, Calif.—June 1, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $7,500,000 sale of the industrial business park located at 2330, 2332, 2336 La Mirada Drive in Vista, California.
The park, known as Thibodo Ranch Business Center, is comprised of 30 individual units situated on a 4.63 acre lot. Built in 2005, the 53,572 square foot center offers modern amenities, including 26 on-site cameras, tropical landscaping, and wet bars in units. Additionally, each unit is equipped with fire sprinklers, HVAC in office areas, and its own private restroom.

Isaac Little, Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates – North San Diego and Larry Strickland of Lee & Associates-San Diego County represented the seller, Thibodo Ranch, LLC.
La Mirada Drive, LLC a private investor, plans to stabilize the project and hold as a long term investment property.
