Oceanside, CA – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms completed the retail investment sale of a 13,132 square foot auto repair center with various auto tenants.  The property is located at 1602 S Coast Highway in Oceanside and sits on a 0.91 acre corner lot on S. Coast Hwy and Morse St.  The sale represents one of the highest per square foot sales in Oceanside over the last decade.  The buyer intends to either repurpose the existing buildings into creative retail uses or potentially will convert it to apartments.  The buyer closed without entitlements for the future use.
