Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1.3 Million Sale of Industrial Property in San Diego

San Diego, Calif.—June 1, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,300,000 sale of an 3,300 square-foot building on an 0.56 acre parcel of land. The industrial site is located at 2846 Commercial Street, south-east of downtown San Diego.

Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer, Ekco Metals, in the acquisition. Ekco Metals, one of the largest handlers of non-ferrous metals on the West Coast, occupied the property prior to the purchase as a tenant and will continue to operate from the location.

Dragovic stated, “With sale prices steadily increasing and yard properties being harder and harder to acquire, this was optimal opportunity to purchase the site EKCO has operated out of for many years. The property location and proximately to major freeways was another factor in electing to stay in the area.”

The seller, JDL Corporation, was represented by Burr & Temkin.
