Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.65 Million Sale of Warehouse Property in San Marcos

San Marcos, Calif.—June 16, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,653,750 sale of an industrial site, comprised of two freestanding warehouse buildings. The 10,000 and 3,560 square foot metal buildings are situated on a 1.17 acre fenced lot, located at 1410 La Mirada Drive in San Marcos.

Bo Havlik of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer, JWK Holdings, Inc., a private investor, in the transaction. The seller, G.T. Realty, was represented by Dean Tilton of Tilton Realty.

“As the industrial market in North San Diego County tightens, warehouse properties which include ample yard are becoming increasingly valuable,” stated Havlik. “This property provided an ideal investment opportunity for JWK Holdings, Inc., which is the owner of a multi-state contracting business specializing in stucco and other related construction.”
