Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $3.5 Million Sale of Industrial Building in San Marcos

SAN MARCOS, Calif.—May 25, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $3,537,000 sale of a freestanding industrial building located at 185 Vallecitos De Oro in San Marcos. The 29,477 square-foot manufacturing facility is situated on a 1.79 acre, fully fenced site and consists of 12% office and 88% warehouse space.

Trent France, Isaac Little, Marko Dragovic and John Perrillo of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County and Don Grant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Nelson Family Trust, in the transaction. The buyer, Cross Development, was represented by Jason Reed of CB Richard Ellis and Jeff Drew of Retail Insite.

The property will be occupied by Caliber Collision who is the nation’s leading collision repair providers.

Little stated, “The property’s hidden location and existing heavy manufacturing components made this an optimal property for this type of use.” The property was sold at the asking price, but the seller allowed the buyer approximately seven months to close escrow while they processed a Conditional Use Permit through the City of San Marcos.
