Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.8 Million Sale of Building Within Sycamore Business Center

 VISTA, Calif.—May 13, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,800,000 sale of 2105 Industrial Court, a two-story, 13,424 square-foot building situated on an 0.81 acre site. The building is located within Sycamore Business Center, an 7.33 acre industrial business park, comprised of thirteen individually owned buildings in Vista, California.

West Coast Flooring, San Diego’s leading flooring store, purchased the center with plans to use the site as their flagship location for North San Diego County.

“As vacancy continues to tighten throughout the county, the demand for buildings from owner-users is becoming increasingly competitive,” explained Jeff Abramson of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County. “West Coast Flooring’s requirement created a perfect opportunity for my client to sell the property at its highest value.”
