Lee & Associates – NSDC Completes the $7,000,000 Investment Sale of a Keurig Dr Pepper Distribution Facility in Des Moines, Iowa
Des Moines, IA – Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $7,000,000 sale of an approximately 90,838-square-foot distribution building leased to Keurig Dr Pepper. Constructed in 1992 as a build-to-suit for the tenant, the building sits on an approximately 6.46-acre parcel and is located at 1635 NE 53rd Ave in Des Moines, Iowa.
The tenant has occupied 100 percent of the facility since the completion of the build-to-suit construction in 1992. The tenant extended the lease term early in December 2019, extending their term another ten (10) years.
This facility is the Corporate Headquarters for the company’s Plains Region, one of five specified regions for Keurig Dr Pepper. It is ideally located just off Highway 69 and is roughly two miles from the largest interchange in Des Moines, where Interstate 80, Interstate 235, and Interstate 35 conjoin.
