Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $4.8 Million Sale of Rancho Santa Fe Business Park in La Costa Meadows

San Marcos, Calif.—June 28, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has brokered the $4,800,000 sale of Rancho Santa Fe Business Center, a 41,477 square-foot multitenant industrial park. The business center consists of three buildings, located at 1780, 1784, and 1788 La Costa Meadows Drive within the La Costa Meadows submarket of San Marcos. The project was equipped with a mixture of flex and industrial units ranging in size from 1,500 to 5,000 square feet and was 93% occupied upon the time of sale.

Marko Dragovic, Isaac Little and Al Apuzzo of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, JR Martin Trust, in the transaction. Dragovic and Little of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County also represented the buyer, RAF Pacifica Group.

“Due to the high demand for industrial space in La Costa Meadows and extremely low industrial submarket vacancy (2.3% vacancy rate), we felt this property had some significant long term upside and the Buyer should do very well with this investment,” explained Dragovic.
