July 12, 2024, Carlsbad, CA – Lee & Associates, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, and the Lee Land Team, announce the sale of a grove & vineyard along Temecula’s renowned Winery Row.  The 19.24 acre property, located on Rancho California Road in Temecula, CA sold for $2,700,000.  Matt Weaver, Al Apuzzo, Alex Bentley, and Brianna Lehman represented both the Buyer and Seller of the property.  The property sold to Bacchus Investment LLC. There are currently no plans for future development. Previous conceptual plans include a winery.
