The 30,866 square foot multitenant industrial park consists of 21 units ranging in size from 900 to 4,000 square feet and was 95% leased at the time of sale. Built in 1994, the project has an average of 10% improved office area, grade level loading, an ample parking ratio (2.71/1,000 SF) and is located within the center of the thriving Vista Business Park.
