Carson brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as First Vice President / VP of Asian Markets at Lee & Associates. Prior to join Lee & Associates, he was at Kidder Matthews. His career began as a top-producing broker in Nevada, where he specialized in land, industrial, and investment properties starting in 2003. Over the last decade, Carson has expanded his expertise to Southern California, where he continues to deliver exceptional value to his clients by leveraging his deep industry knowledge and extensive network of relationships. One of Carson's niche markets in Real Estate is the Asian Communities/Markets being of Vietnamese Chinese descent and also speaking the language.

Carson’s unique background in technology and finance distinguishes him in the commercial real estate sector. He studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was one of just 11 students selected for their prestigious industrial engineering program. He later graduated with honors from the University of Illinois -Chicago, earning a double degree in accounting and computer information systems. His technical proficiency, combined with his Series 7 and Series 63 financial licenses, equipped him to manage mini-hedge funds as a proprietary trader at one point in his career, sharpening his analytical and economic acumen.

In today’s data-driven market, Carson's IT/CIS expertise allows him to offer clients cutting-edge insights and strategies, optimizing investment decisions through advanced analytics and technology solutions. This is especially important in the PropTech space. Carson also holds a California C7-contractor's low voltage license.

Residing in Orange County with his wife, Angela, and their three sons, Carson enjoys hanging with his family, bbqing/smoking on his Kamado Big Joe 3, and being a sports fanatic.
