Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $2.3 Million Lease of a Freestanding Industrial Building in Carlsbad

CARLSBAD, CA—October 5, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a long-term lease on behalf of Aldila Golf, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of graphite golf shafts.

Adila will occupy the 25,066 square foot, free-standing building located at 1945 Kellogg Ave. The building, located within the Carlsbad Airport Center in Carlsbad, is situated on a 1.68 acre lot and consists of three grade level doors and 56 parking space. The lease was valued at $2,314,770.
