Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1.7 Million Sale of a Flex Building in Carlsbad

Carlsbad, Calif.—December 8, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,716,000 sale of a rare stand-alone building located at 2222 Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad, CA. The 8,800 square-foot building is located within the Faraday Business Park, in the heart of the Carlsbad Research Center. The high-image building features an extensive glass line and two glass panel roll-up doors.

Kelly Nicholls and April Kohnen, CCIM of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer in the transaction. Chris Williams and Conor Boyle of Colliers International represented the seller in the sale of the foreclosure property.

The buyer purchased the building in shell condition, with plans to build out the floorplan to include heavy office space.
