Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1.4 Million Sale of an Industrial Building in San Marcos

San Marcos, Calif.—December 20, 2016— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,400,000 sale of a freestanding industrial building located at 225 South Bent Avenue in San Marcos, California. The 11,468 square-foot industrial facility features a fenced concrete yard, four grade-level doors and is within close proximity to Highway 78.

Trent France of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County and Don Grant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Don and Joyce Mason. The buyer, a private investor, was represented by Peter Sidoruk of Hanson Real Estate. The buyer purchased the property as an investment with plans to put it back on the market for lease .

“The metal butler styled, clear span manufacturing building was built in 1973 and formerly leased to a recycling yard,” France stated.

“I wish I had a dozen more to sell as the demand remains strong from SBA buyers for these types of properties,” he continued.
