Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes the $1,238,422 Sale of an Industrial/Flex Building

Carlsbad, Calif.—February 16, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $1,238,422 sale of a 7,142 square-foot industrial/Flex condominium in Carlsbad. The condo, prestigiously located at 3264 Grey Hawk Court, within the Palomar Business Forum, features 60% fully customized office space with 40% warehouse with 20 foot Clear Height. The facility includes high-end finishes, floor to ceiling glass office walls, wood floors and is visible from Palomar Airport Road.

Isaac Little, Matt Weaver and Marko Dragovic of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the buyer, Sterndahl Group 3, LLC. The seller, Grey Hawk Court 3264, Inc.,  was represented by Adam Molnar of CBRE.

“The buyer purchased the property on an investment basis with a three-month sale-leaseback in place at the time of sale. The buyer plans to market the property for lease when the existing tenant moves out,” Little stated.
