Vista, Calif.—March 8, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the $3,077,814 sale of a 22,303 square-foot industrial building in Vista. The freestanding building, located at 2302 La Mirada Drive within Burke Sycamore Business Park, was built in 2004 and features 24’ ceiling clearance, two dock high doors, two grade level doors and is fully air conditioned with above standard office improvements.

Rusty Williams and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, La Mirada Vista, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Aspire NP JHM, LLC was represented by Adam Molnar of CBRE.

“The attributes of this building were excellent for an industrial user,” explained Williams. “however, it required a specific buyer due to the unique improvements throughout the building.”

“This is a great deal for the buyer and the seller. The buyer located a building next door to their current building that fit a lot of their criteria and the seller sold the building with only three months of vacancy limiting their out of pocket expenses.” Roth added.
