San Diego, Calif.—March 14, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the lease of an 17,087 square-foot industrial suite located in Sorrento Valley, within the Camino Santa Fe Business Park at 8320 Camino Santa Fe. The suite is comprised of 50% office, 50% warehouse, two dock doors, and five grade level doors.

The value of the lease is approximately $1,250,027.

Alex Weiss of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the tenant, iDemand Energy Storage, Inc. (iDES3), a manufacturer of solar energy storage systems. Ryan Spradling and Brand Aberg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Rreef America Reit II Corp, JJ.

iDES3 will be using the space as their corporate headquarters.
