Vista, Calif.—March 31, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed the sale of 2.62 acres of vacant land in Vista, California. The property is located off of Plumosa Avenue, less that than ¼ mile north of Highway 78, and near North County Square Shopping Center, Vista Transit Center, Wave Waterpark, and local schools.

Al Apuzzo and Matt Weaver of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented sellers, Irwin Dubinksy Living Trust and Kissinger Family Trust.  The buyer, W Designed Developments, was represented by Weston Harmer.

W Designed Developments purchased the property for approximately $1,025,000 and plans to develop a senior care facility.
