Fallbrook, Calif.—June 7, 2017— Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate firms, has completed a $1,375,000 sale of the commercial site known as Heritage Square Retail Center in northern San Diego County. The property is located in downtown Fallbrook at 507 South Main Avenue and 110-122 W. Beech Street, within close proximity to national retailers and accessibility to both Interstate 15 and Highway 76.

The sale included an estimated 7,884 square feet within eight commercial buildings on approximately a 1.15 acres. While the center is currently leased to a variety of commercial tenants, general commercial, industrial, apartments and hotel uses are all permitted by the site’s zoning.

Al Apuzzo, Patrick Miller and Matt Weaver of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County represented the seller, Heritage Square Investments. The buyer, Brittanya McCall Razvani, was represented by Re/Max Prestige properties, and plans to hold the property for future development.
