• Equipment Share - Represented national equipment rental company with a $5.25M purchase of a 28,000 SF building with storage yard.
• CED Greentech – Represented Tenant in their San Diego regional consolidate and expansion of 85,000 sf distribution facility. Transaction valued in excess of $5.7M.
• Transpak Logistics – Represented Buyer in acquisition of cross-border distribution and storage yard. Transaction included a 23,000 SF warehouse and 4 legal parcels with a total of 4 acres. Total consideration was in excess of $4.2M.
• H&E Equipment Rentals – Represented national equipment rental company in a relocation of their San Diego branch site. The lease included 19,000 sf of showroom & service bays, on nearly 4 acres of land in central Miramar submarket. Transaction was valued in excess of $6M.
• Trek Bicycle Corporation/Electra Bikes – Represented Trek/Electra by subleasing their current 38,000 SF distribution
• iDemand Energy – Represented solar tenant in 17,000 SF transaction in central Miramar submarket. Lease valued at over $1.25M.
