• Decision Logic – Represented the Tenant in the 18,000 SF creative office lease. $5,600,000 value.
• One Source Distributors – Represented tenant in multiple lease transactions totaling over 60,000 SF on over 50 acres throughout San Diego County.
• Par Electrical Contractors Inc. – Represented national buyer in the $9,100,000 sale of a 40,000 SF industrial headquarters facility in Escondido, California, located on 5.4 acres of land.
• Elion Partners – Represented Elion in the acquisition of 4 properties in the last 12 months totaling 402,000 SF and $66,000,000 in value.
• Trek Bicycle Corporation/Electra Bikes – Represented Trek/Electra by subleasing their current 38,000 SF distribution & office facility while negotiating their relocation to a 10,398 SF creative office headquarters facility.
• United Site Services, Inc. (USS) – USS is a national corporation with over 125 locations. Greg serviced all of their real estate nationally. For 8 years, Greg completed over 50 transactions with USS valued in excess of $60,000,000.
