JAKE HARTBARGER

Jake is an Associate with the Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Office in Carlsbad, where he focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation throughout Southern California. Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Mr. Hartbarger has gained a wide range of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Before joining Lee & Associates, Jake was a Portfolio Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he oversaw management of a 300-property portfolio nationwide. During his four years there, he concentrated on strategy for optimizing a 22-property portfolio, oversaw leasing activities, and collaborated with various internal teams— including investment sales, capital markets, leasing, asset management, and marketing— to ensure properties were operating efficiently. Additionally, Jake was also a five-year student-athlete at Michigan State University.
