Lee & Associates South Florida Promotes Industrial Specialist Conner Milford to Senior Vice President
MIAMI, Florida— February 29, 2024 — Lee & Associates South Florida promoted a pivotal member of its team of industrial real estate specialists, with Conner Milford becoming a Senior Vice President with the firm. Based in Miami, Milford was previously Vice President.
Milford started at Lee & Associates South Florida in 2019, after spending the five previous years working on the real estate side of a publicly traded real estate investment trust that operates in the outdoor advertising industry in his native St. Louis, before transferring to its South Florida branch. He focuses on industrial sales and leasing, and supply chain and logistics. Milford’s knowledge of freight forwarding, aviation, and cold storage and distribution have fueled a significant transaction output involving businesses in those industries.
Notable transactions brokered by Milford include:
- The $25.7 million sale of a 74-acre industrial development site in Auburndale, Florida
- The $5.5 million sale of an industrial facility in Fort Pierce, Florida
- A 103,356-square-foot industrial lease at the First Sawgrass Commerce Center in Coconut Creek, Florida
- A 63,800-square-fot lease at Miramar Distribution Center in Miramar, Florida

Milford earned his bachelor's degree from Babson College near Boston. When he is not working diligently to attend to his clients’ needs, Milford coaches youth hockey teams in Miami.
