SUNRISE, FL (July 122, 2024) – Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Vice President Christian Baena successfully brokered the off-market sale of an industrial building in Sunrise, Florida. The duo represented the buyer, Stonelake Capital Partners, in the transaction.

Stonelake is an existing client of Milopoulos and Baena, who also brokered a January 2024 off-market deal in Fort Lauderdale, where Stonelake purchased a warehouse and retained the duo to lease it.

The Sunrise transaction closed on July 1. Milopoulos and Baena procured the relationship with seller AYK Real Estate Corp. to facilitate the sale.

Located on 1.7 acres at 5251 NW 103rd Ave., the 24,050-square-foot warehouse includes dock height doors, 22’ clear ceilings and a surface parking lot. The building is fully leased to an undisclosed tenant.
