Miami, FL (October 9, 2024) – Lee & Associates South Florida Principal Greg Milopoulos and Senior Vice President Christian Baena have successfully brokered the sublease of a 20,016-square-foot industrial space at 10165 USA Today Way in the Miramar Park of Commerce. Milopoulos and Baena represented PVH Corp. in the transaction, subleasing the space to Nutrition Formulators Inc., a leading contract manufacturer and formulator of nutraceutical products.
